About these terms

This website is operated by Car Audio Vibe, 2198 W Luke Ave, Phoenix, AZ 85015, United States ("Car Audio Vibe", "we", "us"). These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Return Policy, form the agreement between you and us.

Independent retailer

Car Audio Vibe is an independent retailer and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Sirius XM Radio Inc. SiriusXM, Sirius, XM and all related marks and logos are trademarks of Sirius XM Radio Inc. Product names are used only to identify the products we sell.

SiriusXM subscription

A SiriusXM subscription is required to listen and is sold separately by SiriusXM. We do not sell or manage subscriptions. Satellite coverage and programming are provided by SiriusXM and may change.

Subscription pricing, availability, channel lineup and coverage are set by SiriusXM. Any questions about your subscription or account must be directed to SiriusXM.

Orders & acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send you a shipping confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example due to stock issues, pricing or product errors, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to). If we cancel an order, you will not be charged, and if you have already paid us anything, we will refund it in full.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to place an order. You agree to give accurate and complete information.

Pricing & payment

• All prices are in U.S. dollars. The price shown is the total price you pay, including any applicable taxes. There are no extra fees at delivery.
• Shipping costs, if any, are shown before you place your order.
• Payment is cash on delivery only. Payment is cash on delivery (COD): you pay in cash when your order is delivered. We do not take any online or card payments and never ask for card details on this website.
• We may call, text or email you to confirm your order and delivery details before it ships.
• By placing an order you agree to be available to receive it and to pay the total shown in cash on delivery. If an order is refused without a valid reason, we may decline future cash-on-delivery orders.
• We try to keep our product information and pricing accurate. If we discover an error, we will contact you and you may choose to confirm the corrected order or cancel for a full refund.

Shipping & returns

Shipping is described in our Shipping Policy. You can return eligible items within 30 days under our Return & Refund Policy. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

Warranty

Products are covered by the manufacturer's limited warranty, where one applies. Except as required by law, we make no additional warranties and products are otherwise provided "as is". Product images are for illustration and may differ slightly from the item delivered. Features, compatibility and specifications are provided by manufacturers and may change.

Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. All content on this site, other than third-party trademarks, belongs to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that state, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
